After long spring rains, progress quickly sprouts like a fungus out of the dirt on the MadHouse project in Kansas City. The formwork for the 4 different footing types have been built, which was the first building to date (heretofore everything has been removal). As of June 16th the concrete footings are in place, and the formwork for the exterior walls is positioned with reinforcing. Although progress has been slow due to weather, glimpses of the final product are beginning to emerge.
